Our History
CRIVELLER BREW TECH has a long tradition in the brewery sector behind its back. Everything started in the sixties, when Mr Luigi Criveller, born and raise in Treviso, funded in Ethiopia the META ABO BREWERY company alongside his sons and his son-in-law Leo Aversa. They moved the CRIVELLER BREW TECH company in Canada, in the seventies, to expand their work in the USA at its best, since at that time, beer was very requested and popular. Soon after that, lots of micro-breweries were funded and Criveller is one of the first company to produce executed production systems within the beer production field. In 1989 they funded the Niagara Falls Brewing Co, a 15.000hl per year micro-brewery that recalled the African experience which was brutally interrupted in the middle of the civil war in Ethiopia. Since 1989, CRIVELLER earned lots of medals and international recognition for its quality on producing beer and its beer installations. For 30 years, BREW TECH’s been present in the European market with the ECO
srl’s ECO BREW TECH
brand, which is based in Conegliano.
